AN artisan butcher’s shop will become the first in Britain to go meat-free. Hill & Szrok, which specialises in whole carcass butchery, will host a pop-up shop with products from The Vegetarian Butcher on Monday. Customers visiting the store won't be able to buy their usual order. They will instead be able to pick up the brand’s meat-free Big Bangers or chicken substitute What the Cluck.
