TOTTENHAM cult hero Sandro has retired from football aged 34.
The former Brazil international had been without a club for more than a year.
Sandro joined Spurs from Brazilian side Internacional in 2010.
He went on to play 106 times for the Lilywhites in four years at White Hart Lane.
His tough tackling on the field and quirky personality off it made him a heroic figure among Tottenham fans.
