THIS is the shocking moment a reckless cyclist ploughed into a little girl before riding off leaving her in tears on the pavement.
The disturbing incident was caught on CCTV, and shows the impatient rider speeding past a family as they wheeled their bicycles past an antiques shop.
As the cyclist tries to weave past them, he collides with the little girl's bike sending her tumbling to the ground.
